What we see stays yours
Documents, data and conversations from an engagement belong to the client. They are not reused for another client, and they are not used to train anything.
What our lab may use
Our lab, plzfix.ai, runs agents on our own consulting work, never on client material. Where something we learned on an engagement is worth publishing, it is published as a pattern, with nothing that could identify the client, and only with their agreement.
Where the work happens
In your environment where you want it there: your models, your data, your controls. We do not move client material into tools of our own.
People
Everyone who works on an engagement is bound by the same undertaking, and we name who they are before they start.
